About Us
form + pac is a Hong Kong based supply chain management and solution company that specializes in sourcing of home merchandises. Established in 1988, the company has now grown to be staffing 60 employees with a wealth of product merchandising knowledge across different home categories. With a convenient location in the heart of China and Asia, our service includes not only sourcing from manufacturers and suppliers in the area but also providing support in product design and development, logistics management, and quality assurance management.
Our client base is mainly among the retailers, designer boutiques, home furnishing brands, and wholesale importers in countries around the globe. USA, Europe, and Australia are considered to be our major markets in the mix and we are hoping to expand our reach to other established market with well-developed retail and distribution network.
Our solution in home merchandise categories includes tabletop merchandises, seasonal merchandises, home decorative accessories, furniture, kitchenware, and rugs. We focus on helping our retail partners satisfying their consumers’ want when they shop for home. Either in brick and mortar stores, mail order business, or online retail websites, we strive to provide all that is necessary to achieve excellent end consumer satisfaction.
Subsidiaries Modern Creation and FP Glassware are part of the extended family of the Form + Pac group. Modern Creation’s main focus is on tabletop and decorative accessories. FP Glassware’s main focus is in glassware products.

How we do

- Close communication with buyers and designers from overseas
- Organizing buying trips
- Assist in CAD designs with regards to the functionality, the appearance, the colors, and the overall packaging of the products
- Visit trade and sourcing fairs – ie. Canton Fair, Ambiente, Maison&Objet, Chicago Houseware Show, and NYIGF
- Frequent factory visits with merchants, designers, and quality assurance officer
- Find suitable factories based on product category and quality requirements
